Signature Loan

Money can be used for any purpose. Minimum loan request is $500 and maximum is $10,000. Maximum term is 60 months. Payment is based on loan amount, rate and term.

Share Pledged Loans

Share pledged loans use the funds on deposit in your Shell New Orleans Federal Credit Union accounts as collateral and is frozen at the time of the loan. As you repay the loan, the funds are released by each principle payment amount. Only Regular Share and Share Certificates (term share accounts), excluding Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), are available as collateral for a Share Pledged Loan.

Maximum loan amount up to 100% of balance in account
Rate is 1.5% over the dividend rate of the share account pledged

Line-of-Credit (Overdraft Protection)

This is a personal credit line with limits ranging from $500 to $5,000 depending on qualifications. Click here for our current rate. This line-of-credit can be used as automatic overdraft protection for your checking account as well as cash advances at the teller window.

Personal Computer Loan

A home computer will soon be a necessity and not a luxury. Let Shell New Orleans Federal Credit Union bring you to the future with a Personal Computer Loan. Go out and buy your computer on any credit card or store charge and simply bring us your receipt. We will finance 100% of the selling price up to 36 months at our great low rate and pay off that debt for you.

Tuition Loan

Does your child go to a parochial school? Do you want to attend college at night? See us for our low fixed rate tuition loan. Just bring us the tuition bill and we can make the loan disbursement check payable to the school.
