As a member of Shell New Orleans Federal Credit Union, you have access to Shelly, our free Member Telephone Service 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Shelly is an online, bank-by-phone system which completes your personal account transactions immediately, saving you time. Whether you're in the office, at home or in the car, as long as you have a touch-tone phone, you can access your account and complete over 30 different types of personal account transactions. That includes transfers within your member number, making payments to your credit union loan including your mortgage. You can also check your balances, verify if a specific check has cleared your account, and even request a check withdrawal which would be performed and mailed to your account address the next business day. . And, to make it easy for you to access this great service you are automatically enrolled in Shelly when your membership account is opened.

In case you have forgotten your Personal Identification Number to access Shelly, simply contact any of our Member Service Representatives at 728-4853 or 1-866-FOR-MYCU (367-6928). You may select your own PIN by choosing four to eight characters using the numbers zero (0) through nine (9) and/or the letters of the alphabet, except "Q" and "Z".
Cross Member Transfer - 29#
This feature is for the member with more than one membership account at Shell New Orleans Federal Credit Union. Interested members must complete a Cross-Member Authorization Form in order to access this service code.
- ALWAYS enter the "#" sign after every function.
- To cancel a transaction, simply key the asterisk (*), and follow with the "#" sign.
- Shelly only produces receipts for check withdrawals. For your complete transaction record, refer to your quarterly or monthly statement.
- VISA credit card payoffs cannot be performed on Shelly so please call a Member Service Representative
